Recently I have found interesting article that says a way to accelerate our internet connection. Not only make our internet connection faster but it will also give us safer! that is what I have read.

And then I were going to implement this method. And viola… yes that is felt a little bit faster, but you don’t think that it will not give you much effect. It is caused my connection was aleady fast.

So here are steps you have to do for change your current DNS to Open DNS under a Windows XP Platform.

Step 1: Go to Control Panel
Step 2: Choose Network Connections
Step 3: Choose your current Connection ( LAN )
Step 4: Click Properties
Step 5: Double clicks Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Step 6: Under General tab, choose radio button for Use the following DNS Server Addresses ( you can change your old DNS server addresses )
Step 7: Fill with 208.67.222.222 for Preferred DNS server and 208.67.220.220 for Alternate DNS server.

Ok, I hope it will give you much effect for your internet connection speed.
