-The need to express one’s opinion about an opinion.
-Self-promotion or help in promoting other web pages by leaving certain content and/or link.
-The author of the blog made the visitors leave a comment. It refreshes web-page and makes it better-ranked by search engines.

Blogs can be literal, news-like, photo, video, music, film …

They can be whatever comes to mind and are available to everyone. There are web pages and tools that enable free and simple creation of creating a blog.

Once you make a blog, it’s important to make the content count. You choose the subject by your interest - that way you get higher value. Make it an addition to current news - the way big media does it. On their web pages they have commentators and reporters blogs.
